We've been providing the highest quality mushrooms to our local chefs and restaurantours since 2017. Although shiitakes have had the spotlight here in past years, we're quickly expanding to provide the best in gourmet mushroom varieties. Here at Finger Lakes Mushrooms we strive to be conscientious when it comes to our service to all our customers. Our hope is to continue to share the fantastic wonders from the fungi world!

There may only be three of us but we get the job done! From inoculating logs to package and delivery, we're together every step of the way. Due to Paul's passion for this business and constant forward moving activity, Lily's eager spirit and ability to keep pace and Caleb's never wavering willingness to step up and follow through on every task, we have created one smooth system. The three of us take the time to learn and grow along with the business allowing us to work better together every day. This is the first of (hopefully) many more pictures to come of this fantastically fun(gi) team!
